Before the New Year just like most, I make a resolution. But like every year that resolution doesn't hold up. So this year I decided to make a list of resolutions that are definitely easy to maintain.
2016 Resolutions:
1. Exercise at least twice a week.
2. Drink two bottles of water at least twice a day.
3. Eat healthier (as much as possible).
4. Travel

My list is small because I have learned from the past that making a long list of resolutions adds to the difficulty of keeping them. Hope this small bit off advice helps you in making a resolution.
